Terms & Conditions – Romescape Travel Agency

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed with a minimum advance payment of 50% of the total package cost.Full payment must be completed 48hrsbefore the travel date unless otherwise agreed. Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance and acknowledgment from our team.All payments are non-transferable and should be made via our official bank account or UPI.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by the customer:

More than 7 days before travel: 75% refund

3 to 6 days before travel: 50% refund

Less than 72 hours: No refund

Cancellation by Romescape Travel Agency:

Full refund or an alternate arrangement will be provided if we cancel due to unavoidable reasons (weather, strike, etc.)

Flight/train/bus ticket cancellations are subject to airline or carrier policies.

3. Darshan & Attraction Tickets

We act as facilitators for temple darshan, attractions, or entry passes.

While we assist in bookings, actual entry or darshan timings are subject to temple/trust policies, rush, or special events.

No refunds will be issued in case of delays due to temple procedures or administrative decisions.

4. Hotel and Transport Services

Hotels are booked based on customer budget and preference. Check-in and check-out times follow hotel policies.

Vehicle type (sedan, SUV, tempo, etc.) will be arranged based on group size and package chosen.

Extra charges apply for additional stops, hours, or distance not included in the package.

5. Travel Insurance

We do not provide travel insurance unless specifically requested.

We are not responsible for loss of baggage, accidents, illness, or personal belongings during travel.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Romescape Travel Agency acts as a coordinator between the customer and service providers (hotels, cab vendors, ticketing agents).

We are not liable for any delays, natural calamities, or third-party service failures beyond our control.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of [Your City/Court Name].

7. Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to carry valid ID proofs during travel.

Misbehavior with staff, drivers, or other travelers will result in termination of the trip without refund.

Customers must adhere to local guidelines and dress codes, especially at religious sites.

8. Changes to Itinerary

Romescape Travel Agency reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary due to operational or safety reasons.

Alternate arrangements of equal value will be provided if any services are unavailable.
